Not everyone who seeks support needs therapy and not everything that heals fits inside a clinical hour. Somatic coaching instruction offers a different kind of container: one rooted in nervous system awareness, embodied presence, and the quiet wisdom your body has been holding all along.

Whether you're navigating a life transition, looking to deepen your capacity for self-regulation, or simply craving a more intentional relationship with your body, this work meets you where you are.

What Is Somatic Coaching?

Somatic coaching draws on the principles of Somatic Experiencing® (SE™) — a body-oriented approach to healing stress, overwhelm, and the residue of difficult experiences. Rather than focusing on the story of what happened, we work with what's happening now in your nervous system: the sensations, impulses, and patterns that shape how you move through the world.

SE is a multidisciplinary training open to therapists, bodyworkers, and coaches. In a coaching context, our work together focuses on:

  • Nervous system education — understanding how your body responds to stress and how to work with it rather than against it

  • Somatic resourcing — building an internal toolkit for grounding, settling, and returning to yourself

  • Embodiment practices — slowing down enough to notice what's actually here

  • Polyvagal-informed skills — practical tools drawn from the science of safety and connection

Fees and Payment
Coaching services are offered on a private pay basis only. Fees are due at the time of service.

Individual Coaching Session (55 min) $175 per session
Pre-paid Package (4 sessions) $650 per package

 

Somatic Experiencing® touch therapy is an advanced technique within Somatic Experiencing®, a body-oriented approach to stress resolution, that uses gentle, non-manipulative touch to help clients release stored stress and regulate their nervous systems. It's not massage or manipulation but a way to support the body's natural healing processes by addressing physical and emotional tension patterns. 

Somatic Experiencing® touch is gentle and supportive, NOT about manipulating or correcting the body. 

  • Focus on body-mind connection:

    It recognizes the strong link between the body and the nervous system, and how stress can manifest physically. 

  • Aims to release stored trauma:

    By using touch, it helps clients release physical tension and discomfort, allowing them to access and process past stressful experiences. 

  • Regulates the nervous system:

    Somatic touch helps shift the nervous system from a state of stress or anxiety to a state of relaxation and safety, promoting overall well-being. 

  • Enhances body awareness:

    It helps clients become more aware of their body sensations and how their body responds to different situations.
